    once the permit is announced, if in fact that is what happens, i am sure the market will be advised of such things, however, if we knew exactly that already, the share price wouldn't really fluctuate as we would be able to value the stock down to the last dollar..... Forgive me if I am wrong, but i'm pretty sure thats what playing the market is all about!
