Sometimes I believe that the true intentions now are to have this company absorbed for nothing into a bigger company. The rest is just nothing than getting time and words.

Anyhow, the choice is to keep running reforming within a new co. or close down. But to close down with good losses is not an option. So as a no value shell, the only option with time is to be merged in almost zero terms for existing shareholders.

At such a loss, there is no benefit to sell any shares, unless there is a benefit for personal tax reasons, and is better to keep this zero value assets forgotten in te broker account.
