As at 30/6/2016 Ariadne has $26,500,000 asset of Clearview at .95c
There was a capital raising in clearview and Sony are now on their register and the way it was structured they may make an offer for the company within 18 months at a price that the directors are happy with - HUGE BLUE SKY
The stock is currently trading at 1.41 or $39,300,000
ARA has assets of Approximately 173.6 million and I feel Orams village will be re- rated upwards from the $13.8 million and Foundation Life maybe cheap at $4.3 million
We have 201 million shares on issue - current low Nta is .86c per share but I feel a number of their
assets are substantially undervalued .
Take Clearview at $1.5 - Orams Village at $20 million and Foundation at $7 million
The Nta will be .92c
THIS STOCK HAS A lONG WAY TO GO UP WITHOUT ANYTHING NEW TO HAPPEN
