Based on the simplified balance sheet they have just published they have a NTA of 85c with cash per share of 45c per share. From their commentary I think they are pretty confident that Clearview and HGO have a fair way to go with Orams also having pretty positive prospects as well.
The current market cap is pretty much covered by cash and Clearview and you get everything else as well as the growth prospects for free,
