Hi Westsice, no franking credits (as they don't pay tax) and it will not be liquidated (as the c'fwd operating and cgt losses are worth too much). The major shareholders will just continue to increase % ownership via share buybacks (why not) and invest the funds for their collective benefit until benefits extinguished. Minority shareholders can tag on for the ride if they wish (I am) as Weiss, Seymour and Thorney are not going to do anything stupid.... particularly given Ariadne's 1980's form !
