And now that the deal is off, why wouldn't HAW go back to those interested parties to talk a deal. HAW were around a long time before legacy cam into the picture and they'll be around for a long time to come. People can pump their own agenda all they want but facts are facts. I remember when LCY orignally did the deal over Mt Bevan legacy sharholders via HC were questioning the deal, then prior to the lowball NMDC offer Legacy sharholders were talking upwards of 100 million for 50%, now legacy shareholders are talking crap about HAW, their ability to raise capital and that they need to accept peanuts for the remainder of their asset. The posters on HC have been wrong the majority of the time, so why should we think they are suddenly on the money here?
Why would HAW accept peanuts for an asset which is valued, even at old, smaller JORC, at 3 times current market cap. They own 40% of the asset, have 50% of the vote in terms of development and the ability to sell their 40% of ore to whomever they want. This now my friends, is worth much more than a handfull of nobby's.......
