Red how do you know that. It doesnt say its under written any where or that the shortfall will be taken up either. I think they might even struggle getting these funds. Although, I was optioned to take part into a SSP in GLF a couple of months ago at .0008 cents. It did not trade higher than that price during the entitlement and now it is up 1300% in couple of months. Go figure
