The figure you quote of 25m mobile users in Nigeria is incorrect , it may be referring to smartphone users as for mobile phones users ( non smartphone and smartphone ) its 150m plus . With a population of 190m id say those who are not a mobile user are on low salaries and can't afford one or live in a remote location where the mobile signal is yet to reach even though coverage in Nigeria is around 80%.
Is there a market for SAS ?? , considering the average yearly wage is 658,324 NGN and the cost of a satellite phone is around 180,000 to 210,000NGN then any market penetration is likely to be very low imo.
