it was a nominated bank account... it didn't specify ours, or even one belonging to the joint venture. I believe it will be their bank account, not graphex's, to be ready to roll into the nominated joint venture bank account upon formal agreement signing. I am not certain we will hear anything... we may, but, i'm not 100% expecting it.
As someone has indicated before, it sounds like the difficulty was getting the money out of china in the first place... once in hong kong, a lot easier for dealings.
