Intec Ltd (ASX code: INL, or the Company) confirms that payment in the amount of US$1.86 million is
scheduled to be received on 21 February 2007 'into the Company’s bank account' in respect of 90% of the
provisional value of its shipment of bulk zinc concentrate that left the Port of Burnie on January 30, 2007.
This payment represents Intec’s 50% share of the HZCP revenue after deduction of smelter treatment terms.
