Start another thread about the outbreak in Singapore if that's really important to you.
The outbreak in Singapore happened because they cramp immigrants into dormitory style 'sheds' with poor living conditions. This is the hidden underclass of people that are exploited by this county. Gee that sounds like criticism of the Singaporean government doesn't it?
These are the underclass that the Singaporeans use for all the shitty menial jobs they don't want to do themselves.
The government here is onto it and have it under control.
As Lav posted, people here have almost total compliance with the laws and regulations of the state and that's why they can maintain control.
Not like the clowns in Victoria trying to flee the metro area, not wearing masks etc.
