To call a 249d we need at least 10% of shareholders and organize directors who are able to take over and run the company in the interest of the shareholders and not there back pockets.
This is what happened at EGO where the directors treated the shareholders with utter content and then started suing shareholders who posted their disapproval on Hot Copper with shareholders money.
Together with jv partner Erm all directors were removed and now face charges in the supreme court.
