Well it's ok, if the results are a dud we just ask ASIC to investigate the selling on Monday. That should send a message. They have got a few folk in the courts already. Although ASIC appear to be a toothless tiger, I assure you they can investigate all claims pretty easily. They arent stupid, they find the broker and work backwards to identify if there was a big seller and find out the nature of the sellers historical behaviour to see if the trades were out of the ordinary. They then put two and two together. It's a bad spot to be caught in and hard to get away with if complaints are made.
