what this tells me is that a change in substantial holder notice is coming. UBS is at it again trading actively in dml by the look of it. the difference this time is we have very broad demands for DML shares with eager people for dml story and upcoming raising.
I guess the sp will stabilized over the next few days until more news pops in.
