So far as I know, they're due to vote at 4.30 - in 10 mins time. The issue is what conditions will be placed on dissolving 3M. I reckon:
1. It will be left to the States, therefore SA and NT will do well. What Qld will decide is anyone's guess, and WA's a dead duck.
2. They'll limit it to MORE U mines: 5?, 10?, 20? - so the near term producers will win.
3. They'll veto mining on Heritage land.
4. They'll recommend an oversight committee to monitor the new mines and to whom they sell the stuff.
