Even in the Florida case, this also UNCONSTITUTIONALLY appointed Special Prosecutor who is not a prosecutor, not sanctioned or reviewed by Congress, and unsupervised by the DOJ, indicted Trump for the Florida case using a Washington DC Grand Jury. The Sixth Amendment states you must be charged where the crime occurred – that is, Florida – not Washington, DC. –“WHICH DISTRICT SHALL HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ASCERTAINED BY LAW”
