Hi, Manobo,Lukeben,and all,now lets consider the fact that RCP carries FORWARD approx. $80,000,000 of Taxation Losses.
RCP is in a much better position than many people appreciate because a good deal of those Lossses will be Off-set against Profits and systematically returned to Shareholders in the due course of mining operations.
I imagine that presently it is all a real 'jig-saw' for the C.F.O.and hopefully, very soon, we could soon see a positive Announcement from the RCP re Funding because after all, that Mr. Bruce Morin has been giving us all 'promises promises'and if he fails to deliver by June this Year, we should call a E.G.M. and call for him to be replaced and then he will miss out on all his Director Incentive Shares and Options.
