Anteo Energy was set up as a separate entity to the main business, which I expect was to simplify a takeover offer for that portion of the technology (should an offer ever arise).
I wouldn't mind betting that our directors have put some thought into the value of the technology and may already have a (rough) figure in mind so they're prepared in the event of an offer. Any thoughts on how you would value a technology like this?
