    FAR's move is like the corporate version of the "cock-block".

    Nobody knows what the arbitrators will decide. But we do know that:

    1 - it will take a while for arbitration to conclude anything
    2 - this all is a massive hassle for WPL
    3 - FAR have nothing to lose (except $1m in arbitration costs, which is insignificant in the context of what's happening)
    4 - FAR have a lot to potentially gain

    Logically it's a good move by FAR and given the $ involved I think it's very justifiable and much easier for WPL to takeover FAR based on the above knowns.
