    re: showdown - no competition, Bulls WILL win In the long run traders lose. This has been proven in numerous academic studies. I've posted links to this research several times. Traders can't compete against insiders and their churning drives up taxes and transaction costs. If you are not an insider, the best strategy is to pick undervalued stocks and hold them as they are rerated towards their intrinsic value. HDR is a classic case of buying a dollar for fifty cents. None of the downrampers on this board have attacked the fundamentals of the stock, which has been valued by several brokers at above $1, and that was before Banda and Jin struck oil.

    The bears on this forum will be chocking on their furballs when they see the price of HDR in two years time. And do you think I'll give them the Heimlich maneuver? No way. I'll tar and feather them with Chinguetti sweet light crude. 17000 barrels a day should be enough to soak all you bears!
