I don't think the grant is built into the price...at least not fully. After the good announcement came the half yearly. Many people look at cash flows and balances and base there valuation largely on that. I.e. they are short-run fundamentalists. From this perseptive the last half yearly was bad. I think this overlooks the inventories, receivables and the payment of the grant. As a result, I think the next quarterly might see a sharp turn around in cash flow and cash position, largely b/c of grant and ramp up in production. There is also possibility of news of the US listing too, which might spark some more interest.
