TLM are now in a trading halt as well, most likely its a placement as well, it will be interesting for BRM shareholders to see what TLM can come up with, what needs to be noted is that TLM have potential for a huge resource but the drilling is no where near as advanced as BRM, TLM dont have a JORC at all, BRM are much further advanced with the Marillana project.

I will making some direct comparison's between the 2 deals if in fact it is a placement that TLM are coming out with, both company's trying to mine the same stuff, both are junior's except that BRM are way ahead of the TLM game.

TLM now is $1.30 but was trading at $1.01 just 2 days ago, so if the placement is at $1 that would be understandable, lets see if TLM actually do a 15% discount which would be 85c, will let you all know what comes out of it.
