If they place at big discount maybe BRM won't look so bad. Mind you HLX did a placement that was above the trading price! Sadly the smell of the BRM's placement still lingers in the noses of investors and not even the good news this week can erase the memory. Stock is being punished for poor decision making .. but hopefully BRM will be let out of the doghouse soon :)
