Car park is looking good Maggie. Can't wait for them to ramp up once council give consent...probably a second shift. Would expect this to have a significant effect on profit in the second half. $2.2mill for the first 4 months...if we get 8 for the year that puts us on a PE of 6.5X. Very safe hold IMO with plenty of upside from Stanton etc
