I have been posting on hotcopper since the early naughties, and this is the most amazing thread I have ever read.

'I invest in company's, like HGR and ADY after convincing myself that management has the goods and that they are willing and able to converse with the shareholders. I am able to ring Brian Andrews (HGR) and Phil Thomas (ADY) anytime and their response time is unbelievable.

I bought into UMC while I was in Thailand, with not a lot of research, but mainly because I was bored with the f@ckin T shirts and Tuk Tuks.

Massages were ok though.

This thread is a breath of fresh air and the knowledge of the participants is outstanding.
