    Vision is what is required as is communication. Heard alot of great things about Phil Thomas of ADY and his communication skills with shareholders and look where ADY are today.

    I will definately cast my eye over Pluton now and it gives ma confidence in my UMC and THX holdings.

    Once again well done and keep up the informative posts-BELIEVE me they are much appreciated.
