    Shows underline the huge potential in Puntland
    News of oil shows in younger reservoir packages is promising and significantly reduces some of the risks that we have hitherto consolidated in our valuations, principally that there was a functioning hydrocarbon system and suitable reservoir rocks. Oil and gas shows indicate the presence of a competent source kitchen and migration pathways, hence we are upgrading our target to 65p. We are also reiterating our BUY Recommendation.
