both look good ..tho SHP is more advanced and may not need a CR anytime soon
...cl8 needs ca CR to add cash to expand + grow ..until cashflows start Cl8 revenue is a little unknown ..tho I do see Cl8 sp doing well too if it can Create a great Peer to Peer platform Application for the Masses ... is it there yet ?
