Yep, obviously too optimistic there, my first major win as an active investor.
I had a huge stack initially that i sold off to lock in profits and then continued to accumulate on dips to work back to my original position but never got there.
The second wind never came and i sold those smaller parcels at a loss (slight profit overall but nothing compared to the 150%+ gains that i had)
I didn't fully understand the macro headwinds and the extensive capital needed to get this project off the ground at the time.
It was a great learning experience for me and one I have used with further investments I have made.
