Is it posible that this will be a CR via off market private investors and not share placement to current share holders?
Im just curious on why they would make such a negative impacting statement which would result in a downward spiral of the SP???.
Most other companies just hit the market with a trading halt then the bad news of CR via share placement is just bad luck.
PS: I am new to trading, apologies for not understanding all aspects of CR and posibly using terms in wrong context.
