from memory (hazy I admit), there was some amount overall that they won, and that was divided up amongst all those taking part (divided per shares basis on the whole), minus legal costs.
I would have to really dig deep to find this detail, It's so old now, I probably have thrown it out, close to 8 years ago or more, geepers.
