No No No No - I hope logic prevails and they don't bother.
I ran through this exercise to merely re-focus on the real reasons for the price movements. They are simple reasons, backed up by quantifiable share price movement.
With all the retrospective analysis, media coverage and hype around SGH, I am amused that despite these quantifiable triggers, the story seems to be changing to infer that price movement occurred due to Managements actions. There is simply no correlation and hence no reasonable grounds to launch a successful class action. IMO
So i'm not insinuating that people are throwing money at MB. As I said above, I hope they don't bother.
