I neither know nor care what the charts say & there are are many unknowns & unknown unknowns but any calculation based on a commercial rdsult from the frac will show a value for NWE considerably higher than the current $70m odd at 8cts I believe.

A non commercial result from the frac would be a big surprise to experts & non experts alike I predict.

A sp for NWE just prior to frac of 10cts or so is what the tea leaves tell me.

Meanwhile traders can reasonably expect to make a dollar on the rising sp depending on their broker & tax bill.
