I just bought into MIX on the massive discount to its fundamental value but I never thought of the growth of industrial property demand due to the logistics of internet shopping (which I have been doing more of myself lately). It makes me think that I won't target a high teens exit for my MIX holding and instead will just hold them long term. MIX will probably start distributions again in the second half of the year which will make them easy to just hold and enjoy.

I think 2014 will be a fantastic year for MIX holders.
