To me, there are other things not to like. CEO's big bonus because of listing. CEO was never a director of this company until it was listed. That HK guy is the real boss behind the show because you can see he is actually the director for SHM during 2012, 2013 and 2014. I am not saying this way is illegal or very bad. I just don't like it very much. The pattern is very much like Dick Smith but this HK guy is already more moral and ethical than Anchorage Partners who not only took away the total sum of the fund raised from IPO but also draw down the the company's debt facility to exit. Anchorage is a real blood-sucking ghost.

Of course, my personal points of view only. Who knows what the market will do tomorrow?
I am losing a lot of money in SGH and some in BKL. Hope you don't think I said the above to show you I am a smart ass...lol...Just some honest thoughts for you.
