    Not a bad result today.. Went as high as $1.097 and close at $1.08..
    Certainly the fundies managed to shake off the nervous nellies when they pushed the price down to $1.02..

    I'm still holding this as I've been informed that the strong demand will push this into $1.2x mark. 7% dividend fully franked. Strong sales backed by strong construction data.
