This will be sort after by the funds as their Div Yield is 6.8 % and if you are a retiree or a super fund that would be 9% Yield or so. Their 2015 PE is 9.5 times 6.3 times EBITDA. Perfect candidate in this low interest Environment market for lots of us for yield. This is a no Brainer I reckon.
