    Prospectus lodgedMay 27.
    I looked for a peer comparison.
    McPhersons Ltd PE is 6.16x, annualised dividend yield of 10.89% and it acquired Home Appliances P/L 2 years ago (I.e. Euromaid etc). Similar market caps.
    I do like IPOs with takeover potential..maybe Breville will show interest?
