Not sure what is behind it but the price action over the last few weeks has been encouraging. I can't imagine anything exciting in the 1/2 year coming up. The restructuring/exit of non performing lines will be still ongoing and the general retail outlook is still poor.
Nevertheless volumes have picked up and the ST resistance at 60 been broken. There is definitely a new buyer in this illiquid sleepy stock
Perhaps an investor looking for juicy yield.
