Isnt there a Legal way in which this can be democratically done?
Can we foward a petition to ASIC, ASX?
How many signatures would be needed? There has to be something other than sending individual emails to Pursell himself.
Sorry if this sounds simplistic or amateurish. Perhaps a petition to the press? ... but if he is not going to retaliate legally to people calling him a LIAR during GMs on the basis that any legal procedure would open up a can of worms that would not work in his favour, ie liable .... then as Shareholders we have a valid vantage point.
We are down to half a cent? How many more minutes will this company exist for?
