I reckon since it appears that there is such a shortage of personel to carry out the ground/siteworks on these projects it would make economic & logistical sense to fly in flyout skilled Thai workers at 50-100k dollars per annum. Dont think they would be grizzling to much & i reckon the union man would battle to remember their faces as they all look the same.
