shut down at arrow

dont like being a sceptic but, we were minutes away from re ignition, we have big interest from international companies,we are going from exploration to development, NOW we have a false reading from DERM??, and shut down, really makes me wonder ???, arrow [ CSG ] has just had a leak, false reading, no sign off shutting them down as yet,i look forward to next week seeing arrow put into shutdown,out of 10 whats the chance off this happening 1 to 10 ????
