Maybe its because people with credible reputations don't want to be seen to associate the colorful characters that abound within ARV. As an example IMO RIO was NEVER going to deal with the like of TLC and I had been hopeful that was why the talking heads behind ARV moved TLC on. But it appears the veneer they put between themselves and the market has been seen though.
