Has failed to find new highs for nearly 8 years.
EIGHT YEARS.
The dividend would need to be pretty special to hold. It isn’t.
The only positive I can find is $4 appears to be bedrock.
With so many opportunities starting to present themselves this is an illiquid swing trade at best right now imo.
