Many liquid stocks bounced hard this week, but SHV missed out. Dr Lowe may have run over a cat on his way to work on Tuesday.
Prices will probably revert and may well sink lower before something else triggers a rebound.
Assuming that ongoing volatility rather than further significant regression is to be expected [fingers crossed and cash kept in reserve], I'd be looking at ETFs: no company knowledge required, short or long term holds, choose your own jurisdiction and sector.
