Are you suggesting that Olam with spend 50 million dollars on a processing plant when there is already one.......and then replicate every other part of supply chain........

It's not really how business works usually, unless Telstra's involved.......I too think a full takeover bid is a big chance if they take out the 11% for small money..

I personally think the bid would have to be pitched up around $6 at least......but I would prefer SHV is left to grow, as I value it closer to $10 at least, assuming orchard management continues.....should be interesting

The largest shareholder is aligned with one of the key members of the management team........I don't think they will let SHV go cheaply
