Rainmaker, who knows what Olam plans. Why buy the Timbercorp orchards without buying SHV and then indicate that the management of the orchards will stay with SHV for the time being?

Sometimes business decisions don't make sense to outside observers. On the costs, were Olam to go it alone I think the costs would be a bit more than $50m as far as I recall SHV owns all of the equipment, eg harvesting equipment, irrigation equipment, the hulling and cracking plant, etc.

I think SHV indicated the cost to replicate this would be around $90m although I scanned the Annual Report very late last night so could be wrong on that point.
