To Oceanview, I wouldn't buy it for the dividend even though it has paid handsomely of late, because the price ranges significantly. From experience picking up a nice div, then losing that and more in a price decline defeats the purpose. And also the divs are not fixed so you can't bank on them.
If you are looking at dividends, then a stock like Telstra would be a better choice.
