With all those things you said look as political speech against China and their government....
China has bigger territory then Australia and it's not polluted everywhere, but it's not all suitable for almonds and that's correct.

If they use humans bees and don't know how to properly grow almonds, shortage in bees and water...

Does someone think it's rocket science to learn?

If they are so bad, if they improve in bees and learn "rocket science" technology, they can produce more then Australia today without any single new tree. Just with increased efficiency, on assumptions that at the moment they don't know how to grow almonds.
