The EPS for 2016 included sale of land in W.A. otherwise it would have been 38.5 (underlying EPS).
I would assume coming years would be about the level shown for 2018 as suggested in the table. I can't offer a reason 2017 forecast shows a dip.
As for the forecast divs, they seem a bit on the low side.
